We announced that we purchased three A300-310 Cargo Freighters from Emirates SkyCargo in August. And we took delivery of the first A310-308F on October 16th, 2008 and the aircraft arrived at Ataturk International Airport on the same day at 21:00 UTC.

The aircraft had its C Check completed in Dubai, and will be registered as TC-LER in Turkey. After that the A310-308F will start ACMI and Charter Operations between Istanbul; the Middle East and Europe, on our regular commercial activities.

The aircraft was manufactured in 1992 and converted from passenger to cargo use at the end of 2006 by Airbus. It’s capacity is 40 tonnes. The other two A310-300Fs will be delivered in November and December 2008 to us. As a result the company fleet will rise to seven aircraft and total capacity will rise to about 300 tonnes by the end of the year.

As our operations increase; we have widened our Operations team and is prepared for this growth.
