We took delivery of the third A310-308F - last of the three A310-308F aircraft that Kuzu purchased from Emirates SkyCargo in August 2008. The aircraft arrived today at Ataturk International Airport at 00:10 Local time.
The aircraft had its C Check completed in Dubai, and will be registered as TC-VEL in Turkey. After that the A310-308F will start Scheduled, Charter and ACMI Operations between İstanbul, the Middle East, Europe, North America and Asia on the company’s regular commercial activities.
The aircraft was manufactured in 1992 and converted from passenger to cargo use at the end of 2006 by Airbus. It’s capacity is 40 tonnes. As a result the company fleet has risen to seven aircraft with a total capacity of some 300 tonnes.
